Before We Get Cooking
We want to make sure your order is smooth from start to finish. Here are a few things to keep in mind about timing, payment, pickup or delivery, and any dietary needs.
Lead Time
We ask for at least 36 hours’ notice so we can prepare everything with care. If you need something sooner, let us know and we will do our best to make it happen.
Payment
Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. This helps us secure your booking and ensures everything is ready for you.
Pickup & Delivery
You are welcome to collect your order at a time that suits you. Delivery is also available for an additional charge if that is easier.
Allergies
If you have any specific allergies or dietary requirements, please tell us when you order. We will take extra care to accommodate your needs.
Catering for Every Table
We can customise your requests – please allow 24 hours and notify us of any
dietary requirements. We are not suitably set up for vegan options as we use
pate, oyster sauce, fish sauce, eggs, stock in most of our meals.
